what type of research techniques can we use
most common online research techniques are quantitative surveys, real time chats, bulletin boards, quant/qual hybrid, webcam focus groups, videos journals, research blogs, mobile qualitative, research communities, immersion IDI's, web intercept/chats, social network monitoring also you can have tests, group observation or desk research. 

what is an information trail
information trail in other words (trail map) is used to aid in navigation and can symbolize an assorted amount of information of a particular area or contain only a single representation of the data that its holding.

how can we collate research 
to collate research you would need to assess the research information collected for its validity and reliability. select techniques of analysis and evaluation which are valid, reliable and appropriate to the research design and purpose. collate, record and analyze information accurately to provide suitable results.

how should we store research
It is good practice to store only what you need to keep and keep at least three copies of crucial data. It is recommended that data is stored on the University's networked fileservers and copies kept on remote storage and /or portable storage

A storyboard is a graphic organizer that plans a narrative. a storyboard is very important and useful to present visual information about the product. the linear direction of the cells is a great way for story telling it is a great way of explaining a process and showing the passage of time telling in coronation order, a story board is a sequence if images/drawings telling a quick story. storyboards usually include a series of pictures and brief writing to tell a quick story about what your product is going to be about. storyboards are used in film production so the pitcher can give a brief example what the movie is going to be about and the story line of the movie so the cast also knows what the movie is going to be about, storyboards are important so the cast, production team and investors know what they are buying into A, Sherman.
